Nestlé Indonesia, located in Purwakarta, is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to lead safety culture and ensure on-time production of quality goods. The role requires guiding teams, enforcing NGMP, and coordinating with production and maintenance stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Engineering, 2–5 years in a related role, and a proven ability to manage people and maintain high safety standards within a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a functional role in the food industry with experience in managing and engaging people.
• Ability to positively confront and address non-compliance.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment through housekeeping and safety practices.
• Ability to ensure smooth operations through staff management and deployment; set effective objectives.

Responsabilités

• Lead the safety culture and ensure a Safe Working Environment by enforcing hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ensure Semi-Finished and Finished Goods are produced according to quality standards and manufacturing instructions (compliance).
• Keep working areas clean and maintained per Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP).
• Manage production effectively through operational reviews and standard routines to achieve sustainable results.
• Organize and delegate tasks to team members; assess and evaluate work performance.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, and other stakeholders.
