Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to drive line objectives by empowering teammates, ensuring production plans are met safely and in accordance with NGMP and quality standards.

You will lead safety culture, manage semi-finish and finished goods quality, coordinate with production and maintenance, and engage with unions and stakeholders to deliver sustainable results in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Technical/Engineering.
• 2–5 years in a functional role in the food industry with people management experience.
• Ability to confront non-compliance and maintain safety practices.
• Strong housekeeping and safety adherence to NGMP.
• Effective staff management and objective setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure safe working environment.
• Ensure semi-finish and finished goods meet quality standards.
• Maintain clean working areas and NGMP compliance.
• Manage production through operational reviews.
• Coordinate with line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, and unions.
