Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia invites you to join as an Operations Shift Manager. You will deliver line objectives by empowering the team and ensuring the shift production plan is met on time and in compliance with safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental needs.

Lead the safety culture, enforce NGMP, coordinate with line shift teams, Production Manager, maintenance and unions to drive sustainable results.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a functional role in the food industry.
• Experience in managing and engaging / motivating people.
• Ability to confront non-compliance constructively.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment through housekeeping and safety practices.
• Ability to manage staff deployment and set objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure FG/SFG are manufactured to quality standards.
• Maintain NGMP-compliant clean and functioning work areas.
• Run production through operational reviews and standard routines.
• Organize and delegate tasks while assessing team performance.
• Maintain dialogue with stakeholders on the line.
