The role focuses on maintaining NGMP practices, coordinating with Production Manager, Maintenance, and unions to optimize line performance and safety culture on the shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Technical/Engineering.
• 2–5 years in a functional role in food industry.
• Ability to lead and motivate people while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure safe working environment.
• Ensure semi-finish and finished goods meet quality standards.
• Maintain NGMP-compliant clean and functional work areas.
• Manage production through reviews and standard routines for sustainable results.
• Delegate tasks, assess team performance, and maintain dialogue with stakeholders.
