ATI Business Group mencari tenaga operasional Distribution untuk mengawasi operasional harian dan mendukung Team Leader dalam pengembangan tim. Peran ini memerlukan kepemimpinan terbukti, keterampilan bahasa Inggris, serta kemampuan analitis dan komunikasi yang kuat.

Penempatan di Central Jakarta dan BSD City dengan jam kerja fleksibel, termasuk shift 24/7. Kandidat diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di sektor travel/eksternal terkait dan kemampuan mengelola prioritas yang beragam.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang apa pun; pengalaman di perjalanan, maskapai, tarif/tiket, atau operasional layanan pelanggan menjadi keuntungan.
• Pengalaman memimpin tim besar melalui Team Leaders atau supervisor frontline.
• Baku bahasa Inggris lancar (CEFR C1 atau lebih tinggi).
• Keterampilan analitis, pemecahan masalah, komunikasi, dan hubungan antarpribadi yang kuat.
• Keterampilan Excel tingkat menengah, literasi data, dan pendekatan berbasis data untuk manajemen kinerja.
• Fleksibel, dapat mengelola prioritas bersaing dan beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan operasional dan klien.
• Bersedia bekerja di Central Jakarta dan BSD City; jam kerja fleksibel, shift 24/7.

Responsabilités

• Mengawasi operasional Distribusi harian untuk akurat, produktivitas, dan kepatuhan terhadap SLA klien.
• Memimpin, membimbing, dan mendukung Team Leader dalam kinerja dan pengembangan tim.
• Menjadi titik eskalasi untuk masalah operasional dan memastikan penyelesaian tepat waktu.
• Mendukung manajer dalam komunikasi klien, pelaporan operasional, dan tinjauan kinerja.
• Memantau kinerja tim, mengidentifikasi peluang perbaikan, dan mendorong efisiensi operasional.
• Meningkatkan keterlibatan tim dan menjaga penyampaian layanan yang konsisten.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Oversee daily Distribution operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and compliance with client SLAs.
• Lead, coach, and support Team Leaders in managing team performance and development.
• Act as the escalation point for operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Manager in client communication, operational reporting, and performance reviews.
• Monitor team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational efficiency.
• Foster team engagement and ensure consistent service delivery across the operation.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's degree in any major; experience in travel, airline, fares/ticketing, or customer-facing operations is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams, preferably through Team Leaders or other frontline supervisors.
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or above).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills, with strong data literacy and a data-driven approach to performance management.
• Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to changing operational and client needs.
• Professional and confident when engaging with clients, Team Leaders, and team members.
• Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
