Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a proactive professional in Indonesia to plan and drive process improvements that lift productivity and utilization. You will partner with leadership and SMEs to roll out CI initiatives, analyze data for opportunities, and craft actionable plans.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years as a supervisor, strong Excel skills and fluent English. Expect QA adherence and customer-focused project support.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in Logistics & Supply chain.
• Familiarity with design and process improvement techniques.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or assistant manager.
• Able to create, present and analyze data using MS Excel.
• Ability to map business process in detail.
• Identify improvement ideas with improvement methods.
• Self-management: planning, organizing and execution.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Problem solving and prioritization under deadlines.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute operational process improvements that significantly boost productivity and utilization.
• Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to identify and roll out Continuous Improvement initiatives that drive results.
• Analyze operational data to uncover improvement opportunities and create improvement plan.
• Assist in project implementation, ensuring adherence to SLAs/PKIs and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
