Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field as stated.
• Fresh graduates up to 1 year of experience with relevant project administration, HR support, or data reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable with data.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; able to use basic formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF statements).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for HRBP initiatives and projects.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, trackers, and reports.
• Monitor and update HR dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and follow up on project deliverables.
• Support HRBP team in project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain organized records.
