PT Triple-E is seeking an experienced facilities operations leader to run a high-density AI/GPU data center. You will own 24x7 availability, oversee electrical and mechanical infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement across incidents, maintenance, capacity planning, and vendor performance.

You will lead a specialized team, manage shifts, and coordinate with IT/GPU operations to ensure reliable uptime and safety compliance in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

Formación

• 7-10 years in mission-critical data center operations.
• At least 3 years leading data center facilities operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical critical infrastructure (UPS, switchgear, generators, PDU).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical critical infrastructure (HVAC, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, CDU, liquid cooling).
• Experience managing 24×7 operations, incidents, maintenance, capacity and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safe, reliable 24×7 operation of the AI/GPU data center facilities to the required availability and service-level targets.
• Lead and develop the facilities operations team and its shift roster.
• Oversee electrical power, HVAC, CDU and liquid-cooling, environmental monitoring and other critical infrastructure.
• Manage incidents and escalations, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage changes and planned maintenance under approved procedures (MOP/SOP), keeping redundancy intact.
• Monitor and plan power and cooling capacity for high-density GPU deployments.
• Manage vendors, OEM support and maintenance contracts against their SLAs.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, and enforce operational and safety procedures.
• Coordinate closely with IT/GPU operations and OEM support teams.
• Report availability, incidents and capacity, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient 24×7 operation of the AI/GPU data center and its mission-critical facilities infrastructure. The role provides operational leadership across electrical power, HVAC, CDU and liquid-cooling systems, environmental monitoring and associated critical infrastructure supporting high-density GPU computing.Leads the facilities operations team, manages incidents, changes, maintenance, capacity, vendors and operational risks, and coordinates closely with IT/GPU operations and OEM support teams. The role is accountable for maintaining infrastructure availability and redundancy, ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures, managing power and cooling capacity, and driving continuous improvement to achieve the required availability and service-level objectives.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of mission-critical data center operations experience.
• At least 3 years leading data center facilities operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical critical infrastructure: UPS, switchgear, generators and power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical critical infrastructure: HVAC, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, CDU and liquid cooling.
• Experience managing 24×7 operations, incidents, maintenance, capacity and vendors.
• Working knowledge of high-density, liquid-cooled AI/HPC environments.
• Familiarity with data center availability standards (e.g. Uptime Institute Tier, TIA-942) is a plus.
