The Bench Brewery - Uluwatu in Bali is seeking an experienced Venue Manager for a contract position. You will lead and oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving profitability through strong leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join The Bench Brewery in South Kuta, Bali. This is a contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic hospitality venue in one of Bali's most vibrant locations. As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business success through effective leadership and strategic management. This role is integral to maintaining our venue's reputation and profitability whilst fostering a positive work environment for our team.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or similar hospitality management role, preferably in a high-volume or multi-concept venue environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent customer service skills and a demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction
• Sound financial acumen including budgeting, cash handling and P&L management
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and hospitality management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
