Job summary

ISMAYA GROUP in Jakarta seeks an experienced Operations Leader to drive brand performance across outlets. This role covers front and back of house, ensuring high food quality, service levels, and revenue optimization while forecasting and budgeting.

You will oversee multi-outlet operations, set targets, monitor standards, manage budgets and P&L, and lead a capable team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in the same position.
• Proven in managing multi-brand in lifestyle restaurant or retail industry.
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge & passion

Responsibilities

• Execute targets across multiple outlets to align with company goals.
• Review and provide feedback on operational activities to ensure standards and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor outlets to maintain service standards, cleanliness and quality output.
• Monitor operations performance and plan corrective actions for deviations from plans.
• Prepare and submit achievement reports for the operations area.
• Set and control annual budgets for operations, including initiatives, budgets, HR, training, and facilities.
• Manage P&L performance to maximize profitability.
