Job summary

PMI in Surabaya is inviting undergraduates to join its Internship Program within the Operations Function. You will contribute to a focused internship project, working on training initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

The role covers training coordination, materials development, multimedia content creation, and project-tracking duties. It seeks organized individuals with basic design and video skills and the ability to work independently as well as in teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student from any relevant major (Management, Engineering, Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic Canva/Video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Training Coordination Support: training schedules, participant records, and training administration are maintained accurately and on time.
• Training Materials Development: visual communication materials (posters, infographics, presentation slides, training aids) are developed according to training requirements.
• Multimedia Content Creation: training videos, event highlights, and learning content are produced and delivered based on agreed timelines.
• Project Management Support: action trackers, project updates, meeting minutes, and progress reports are maintained and updated regularly.
• Documentation Management: training records, reports, photos, videos, and supporting documents are organized and accessible.
• Final Internship Report: completion of a comprehensive internship project report highlighting contributions, achievements, and improvement recommendation.

Who We're Looking For

• Basic visual design skills using Canva or similar design tools.


• Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


• Creative mindset with attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
