• Undergraduate student in 7th or 8th semester with GPA ≥ 3.00/4.00.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Able to plan, coordinate and execute efficiently.
• Self-starter with strong collaborative skills and drive for results.

• Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for collaboration between channels.

We are seeking for bright university students to join our Commercial Internship Program - Channel Synergy to Grive Growth. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific apprenticeship project.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

The internship will focus on evaluating and maximizing the effectiveness of key consumer engagement and acquisition resources in Semarang, with a particular focus on creating greater synergy between IQOS Champions and LAMPHOP MC-Reseller channels. These two resources play complementary roles in driving consumer awareness, trial, acquisition, and retention.

Key Areas Of Focus Include

• Assessing the current performance and coverage of IQOS Champions and LAMPHOP MC-Reseller channels.
• Mapping the consumer journey and identifying how both resources contribute across different touchpoints.
• Identifying gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for stronger collaboration between the two channels.
• Recommending initiatives to improve consumer acquisition and retention through a more integrated channel approach.
• Developing resource optimization recommendations to maximize impact and productivity.

Who We're Looking For

• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from any major
• Good analytical thinking & good business acumen (utilize networking and able to identify different business potentials)
• Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced marketing environment
• Able to create efficient ways of working (planning, coordinating and excellent execution)
• Self-starter with strong collaborative skillsShowing drive for results and willingness to achieve more
• Willing to work in field
