Job summary

PMI in Indonesia is offering an Operations Internship Program – Environment, Health, and Safety. You will join a team dedicated to quality management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, gaining hands-on experience on an internship project.

Based in Kraksaan, East Java, the 6-month internship develops reporting, risk assessment support, data analysis, and visual materials for stakeholder forums, while fostering a data-driven, customer-focused mindset and exposure to cross-functional

Qualifications

• Undergraduates in 7th or 8th semester with GPA ≥ 3.00/4.00 and bachelor’s degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Understand basic principles of K3/EHS
• Data-driven mindset and strong communication in English

Responsibilities

• Support EHS audit activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and tracking corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Create visual communication materials such as presentations and infographics.
• Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness efforts

This role supports operational excellence initiatives by strengthening documentation quality, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination. You will contribute to preparations for key stakeholder forums and quality audits while gaining hands-on experience in quality management systems, compliance, and continuous improvement

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

• Support EHS audit activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and tracking corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Create visual communication materials such as presentations and infographics.
• Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness efforts.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 with an educational level of bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanhd the basic principles of K3/EHS
• Customer-first minded: act data-driven and passionate in understanding diverse clients'/groups' needs
• Strong dataanalytical, communication, and English skills

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Location: Kraksaan, East Java, Indonesia
• Duration: 6months
