Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. invites undergraduates to join our Operations Internship Program - Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) in East Java for six months. You’ll gain hands-on experience while supporting documentation, audits, risk assessments, and cross‑functional coordination.

You’ll work with a global team, enhance data collection and reporting, and develop confidence in Excel and PowerPoint as you contribute to improving safety and compliance in our operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in 7th or 8th semester with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understand basic principles of K3/EHS and safety compliance.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS audit activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and tracking corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Create visual communication materials such as presentations and infographics.
• Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness efforts.

This role supports operational excellence initiatives by strengthening documentation quality, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination. You will contribute to preparations for key stakeholder forums and quality audits while gaining hands‑on experience in quality management systems, compliance, and continuous improvement

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

• Support EHS audit activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and tracking corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness efforts.

Who We're Looking For

• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 with an educational level of bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanhd the basic principles of K3/EHS
• Customer-first minded: act data-driven and passionate in understanding diverse clients'/groups' needs
• Strong data analytical, communication, and English skills

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Location: Kraksaan, East Java, Indonesia
• Duration: 6 months
