Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is offering an on-site internship for Civil Engineering students in Surabaya. You will develop structural guidelines, produce material lists, and create practical references for standardizing office and warehouse construction.

You’ll translate requirements into drawings and collaborate with multiple teams to finalize standards. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Civil Engineering degree with proficiency in SAP2000/ETABS and AutoCAD, plus strong design visuals skills using

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP2000 or ETABS and AutoCAD.
• Ability to create visuals using Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
• Strong MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
• Understanding of building structures and construction materials.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize technical information accurately.
• Collaborative and proactive working style.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural guidelines from substructure to roof systems.
