PMI is seeking a transformative AI and People & Culture leader to build a pipeline of AI, automation and continuous improvement opportunities across local, regional and global teams.

You'll translate business challenges into scalable solutions, lead end-to-end initiatives, and enable responsible AI usage with partners in technology, data, and security—delivering measurable improvements in service, employee experience and operational effectiveness.

• Influence stakeholders across local, regional and global teams to build alignment and scale successful solutions.

Skills & Capabilities

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, HR technology, shared services, service design or related fields.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation and measurable impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to navigate competing priorities.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technology, with sound judgment to connect technology to genuine business and employee needs.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly and work effectively across local, regional and global teams.
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, digital workflow or dashboard solutions.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, change management, or digital adoption methodologies.
