Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa, Tbk. is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to head the development and delivery of civil engineering designs for infrastructure and building projects.

You will oversee calculations, analyses, and technical plans, while mentoring a multidisciplinary team across departments. You will drive innovation in design processes, ensure documentation and compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders to align design and execution requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience with 2+ years in management.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in construction management administration.
• High integrity and strong data analysis, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety protocols, and industry standards at every stage of the design and finalization process.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on design and execution requirements.
• Supervise the use of civil engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, SAP2000) and ensure team proficiency in technical platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineeringor related field.

Have min 5 years of experience in engineering with at least 2 years in managerial level.

Proven track record of successfully completing commercial, residential, or industrial projects.

Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Proficiency in construction management administration.

High integrity is a must

Strong skills in data analysis, engineering documentation, and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Strong coordination and communication skills with cross‑functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a structured and detail‑oriented manner.
