Job summary

Dash Electric is seeking a delivery operations professional to manage end-to-end order assignment, dispatching, and POD. The role involves coordinating manpower, shift planning, and KPI monitoring to ensure on-time deliveries and high efficiency.

You will handle escalations, CAPA actions, and ensure SOP adherence while collaborating with couriers, internal teams, customers, and vendors. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a fast-paced, proactive work style encouraged.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years in operations/logistics preferred; fresh grads welcome.
• Experience in last-mile delivery is a plus.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with operational data and metrics in Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery operations including order assignment, dispatching, trip monitoring, and POD.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports to support performance decisions.

Job description

Manage end-to-end delivery operations, including order assignment, dispatching, trip monitoring, and Proof of Delivery (POD).

Coordinate manpower and courier/rider requirements, including shift planning, attendance, productivity, performance, and incentive management.

Monitor fleet availability and utilization, including maintenance, fuel/EV charging, vehicle allocation, and operational readiness.

Monitor operational KPIs such as SLA achievement, delivery success rate, on-time delivery, productivity, cancellation, and failed delivery.

Handle operational issues, customer complaints, escalations, and investigations, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure operational processes are executed according to SOPs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with internal teams, couriers/riders, customers, and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation to support performance monitoring and decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, delivery, fleet, or courier management is preferred. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, fleet operations, or on-demand delivery is a plus.

Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with couriers/riders, internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Able to work with operational data and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational issues and escalations effectively.

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.

Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willing to work on a freelance basis and support field operations when required.
