Job summary

AlloFresh is seeking an experienced Senior Operations professional in Jakarta to lead end-to-end process improvements across warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. You will analyze performance data, define and monitor KPIs, and drive a culture of continuous improvement with cross-functional teams, using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and modern data tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

The role requires 5+ years in high-volume operations, strong analytical and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume operations.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite) and warehouse systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Understanding of warehouse and last-mile operations.
• Proactive in solving problems and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational improvement initiatives, from problem identification to implementation and post-implementation monitoring
• Analyze operational performance data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Conduct root cause analyses on operational issues and ensure timely resolution with sustainable fixes
• Design and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of improvement initiatives
• Analyze complex data to generate insights and provide dashboards or performance indicators
• Act as a change agent within operations by influencing stakeholders and driving a culture of continuous improvement
