Job summary

Indodana is seeking a data analyst in Jakarta to interpret data, analyze results, and transform insights into actionable business impact. You will develop robust data querying, transformation, and visualization workflows across Excel, SQL, BigQuery, Python, R, and other tools.

Responsibilities include building analytical reports, presenting information to drive fact-based decisions, and collaborating with management to prioritize information needs and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in Information System, Computer Science, Math or Statistics.
• Expert in SQL, able to write advanced DB queries; Python/R/Java/JavaScript desirable.
• Ability to disseminate data to find key trends and dive deep.
• Comfortable with datasets containing millions of rows and complex visualizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with analytical tools (Jupyter, Python, Hive, BigQuery ML) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting data, analyzing results using query, data statistical techniques.
• Create robust, reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization processes using tools such as Excel, SQL, Big Query, Python, R and other big data tools.
• Develop analytical reports and represent large, complex sets of data through visual representation.
• Present information in a way that drives fact based decision making.
• Propose and define new business process improvement opportunities based on the data to drive business impact.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
