Job summary

PT. MOTEL ROCKS BALI is seeking an experienced operational administrator to support the Regional Director, manage payments, and turn data into clear insights for better decision making.

You will collect and validate data, build dashboards, coordinate projects, maintain records, and help implement process improvements while ensuring proper authorization and timely payments. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a degree in business or related field; experience with ERP

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business support/analyst role.
• Strong data handling and reconciliation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Good organization and time management across competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Regional Director (reports, presentations and briefing materials).
• Coordinate and track projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain business records, documentation, and process guides.
• Help identify and implement process improvements.
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Analyse trends, variances, and KPIs, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Run ad hoc analyses to support business questions.
• Ensure correct authorisation before release and process payments per terms.
