Job summary

FINNS Beach Club seeks a highly analytical Data Analyst to manage data pipelines and BI elements across our Bali properties. You will ensure accurate metric tracking, budgeting, and automated dashboard management to support hospitality, venue, and operations initiatives.

You will query large datasets via SQL, build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker, and translate insights into clear executive summaries for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or quantitative research.
• Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregation) for data extraction and transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Hands-on experience developing reports in BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase).
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, numpy).
• Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Mastery of advanced spreadsheet functions, pivot tables, and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Query large datasets using SQL to evaluate performance metrics, uncover operational bottlenecks, and identify growth opportunities.
• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, non-technical executive summaries for stakeholders across business units.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and exploratory data analysis to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to refine data models, ETL pipelines, and warehouse schemas.
• Establish data documentation, dictionary definitions, and data governance best practices across organizational reporting.
• Partner with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to define KPIs and business requirements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep-dives to support key strategic initiatives and product launches.
