Job summary

Motel Rocks in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a Production admin assistant to provide organizational and operational support to the Production team. You will maintain records, schedules and follow up on routine actions to keep production on track.

You will help with data entry, updates in ERP/spreadsheets, and coordination with internal departments and vendors, while supporting sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Clear communication and proactive follow-up.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and data cleanup.
• Detail orientation when reviewing information and records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production-related trackers, schedules and records.
• Administer customer orders and production information.
• Consolidate routine status updates from internal teams and vendors.
• Follow up on information, delivery dates and actions.
• Monitor fabric readiness, cutting, sewing, quality status and milestones.
• Highlight missing information, delays or overdue actions.
• Prepare routine production reports and meeting materials.
• Data entry and updates in ERP/spreadsheets.
• Support sustainability initiatives within the business.
