Job summary

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking an Admin Revenue DW to join our Denpasar, Bali team for a full-time, on-site position. You will support revenue and data warehouse operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and efficient data management for BI and financial information systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality of financial data.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Basic understanding of hospitality operations and revenue management principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update revenue data in data warehouse systems with accuracy.
• Process and reconcile financial records related to revenue streams and guest transactions.
• Prepare and compile regular revenue reports for management review and analysis.
• Support revenue team with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation and filing.
• Assist with data entry and verification to ensure database integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to gather information for revenue reporting.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators and metrics.
