Job summary

Grab Massage is seeking a reliable General Admin to serve as the operational backbone between customers, therapists, and finance. You will confirm bookings, coordinate details, and ensure on-time payments, with a strong focus on responsiveness across chat, email, and social media.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Bahasa Indonesia or English, excel at multitasking, and have prior customer service or admin experience. Familiarity with on-demand platforms like Grab or Gojek is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia or English
• Comfortable multitasking across chat, email, and social media platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable under time pressure
• Good with basic spreadsheet/data entry tasks
• Customer-service mindset — proactive, not just reactive
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or admin roles
• Familiarity with Grab, Gojek, or similar on-demand platforms
• Experience coordinating freelance/field staff

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming orders across email, Instagram, and Facebook, and respond promptly
• Help potential customers complete their booking and contact and confirm therapist availability via private chat within a 15-minute response window; upscale to the therapist group chat if needed
• Confirm the assigned therapist and booking details with the customer
• Coordinate the meeting point and double-check amenities (oil, music, uniform, etc.) match the order
• Follow up to make sure the therapist arrives on time
• Recap and close each completed order in the tracking spreadsheet
• Collect COD payments where applicable and remind Finance to process therapist transfers on H+1 (next working day, or the following Monday for Friday/weekend bookings)
