Job summary

PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk is seeking a Finance Operations Controller to support BU CFOs and coordinate cross-functionally within finance and operations. The role focuses on product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and performance review of refineries.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, has at least 2 years in operation control, and may have internal audit experience. English fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus. Based at Marunda Refinery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience as Operation Controller.
• Experience as internal auditor from KAP is preferred.
• Detail oriented and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin could be an advantage.
• Willing to be located at Marunda Refinery.

Responsibilities

• Support BU CFOs in all finance matters end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Finance teams within and outside CFO organization.
• Consolidate and analyze product costing across refineries; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Review refinery financial and operational performance; drive variance analysis and improvements.
• Assess major investments and capex feasibility from Finance perspective.
• Recommend cost efficiencies, productivity and controls for refineries; ensure procurement controls and inventory/asset monitoring.
• Ensure effective operations controls across units and compliance with policies.

Job Description Summary :

Support the BU CFOs in all finance matters end-to-end Together with the BU heads, manage performance and steer business.

Job Description :

• Ensure smooth coordination with other Finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization
• Act as a counselor for finance matters & help prioritize and setup BUs needs
• Consolidate and provide analysis on product costing across refineries Ensure efficient refinery-level financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Review and analyze financial and operation performance of refineries regularly and ensure regular discussions take place
• Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps for refineries
• Review major investments, major disposal or strategic business decisions (Capex feasibility studies) from Finance perspective
• Provide recommendation & initiatives to improve cost efficiencies, productivity and controls for refineries Ensure appropriate controls implemented during procurement process (e.g. proper QCF, effective price comparisons) and physical inventory and fixed asset monitoring process
• Ensure effective operations control measures are in place across units
• Monitor overall controls and compliance with policies/SOPs in each refinery.

Job Requirement :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Having minimal 2 years of working experience as Operation Controller
• Having experience as internal auditor from KAP
• Detail oriented and good in analytical thinking
• Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
• Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery
