Job summary

PT SMART Tbk (SMART) is seeking an Operations Controller Officer to oversee refinery financial performance from Surabaya placement. You will support BU CFOs, coordinate with Finance teams, and drive cost controls and forecasting across refineries.

You will review investments, conduct variance analyses, and ensure procurement controls, inventory and fixed assets are monitored. Fluent English required; Mandarin an advantage; willing to be based in Marunda Refinery with cross-unit governance.

Qualifications

• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience as Operation Controller.
• Experience as internal auditor from KAP.
• Detail oriented and strong analytical thinking.
• English fluent; Mandarin could be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support BU CFOs in finance matters end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization.
• Consolidate and analyze product costing across refineries.
• Ensure efficient refinery-level financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Review investments, capex feasibility studies, and major strategic decisions.
