Golden Agri-Resources Ltd. in Jakarta (with operations in Surabaya) seeks a Finance Controller to support BU CFOs in end-to-end finance matters and to steer performance across refineries.

You will consolidate product costing, oversee financial planning and monitor refinery performance, with emphasis on cost controls and procurement governance. Mandarin knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Having minimal 2 years of working experience as Operation Controller.
• Having experience as internal auditor from KAP.
• Detail oriented and good in analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages.
• Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery.

Responsabilidades

Job Description Summary

Support the BU CFOs in all finance matters end-to-end. Together with the BU heads, manage performance and steer business.

Job Description

• Ensure smooth coordination with other Finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization.
• Act as a counselor for finance matters & help prioritize and set up BUs needs.
• Consolidate and provide analysis on product costing across refineries.
• Ensure efficient refinery-level financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Review and analyze financial and operation performance of refineries regularly and ensure regular discussions take place.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps for refineries.
• Review major investments, major disposal or strategic business decisions (Capex feasibility studies) from Finance perspective.
• Provide recommendation & initiatives to improve cost efficiencies, productivity and controls for refineries.
• Ensure appropriate controls implemented during procurement process (e.g. proper QCF, effective price comparisons) and physical inventory and fixed asset monitoring process.
• Ensure effective operations control measures are in place across units.
• Monitor overall controls and compliance with policies/SOPs in each refinery.
