Job summary

Kredivo is seeking a Process Improvement Executive in Jakarta to optimize Sales Promotion operations through data validation, dashboard development, and proactive trackers. You will work with Area Sales Managers, Area Sales Leaders, and HQ to monitor performance and drive execution.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve validating high-volume data, building practical trackers, and collaborating across teams. You’ll progressively take on more complex initiatives to improve workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Operations, Process Improvement, or similar data-heavy operational role.
• Strong working proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and comfortable with high-volume, detail-heavy data review.
• Able to turn a loosely defined request into a working tracker or dashboard with reasonable independence.
• Clear communicator, comfortable following up with stakeholders to get what you need.
• SQL & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate discrepancy cases at volume (100+ per week), with root-cause classification.
• Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards for team visibility using pivot tables and formulas.
• Develop and maintain operational trackers that support day-to-day execution across Sales Promotion.
• Ensure trackers and dashboards stay accurate by following up for required information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and validate operational data.
• Take on more complex initiatives over time, including identifying recurring issues and proposing improvements.
