Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking a Process Improvement Executive to support Sales Promotion operations through data validation, dashboard development, and process improvements. You will help Area Sales Managers, Area Sales Leaders, and HQ monitor performance and drive execution.

Day-to-day, you will work with high-volume data, validate cases, and build practical trackers to enable end users to act on insights. This role grows toward broader business analysis responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Operations, Process Improvement, or similar data-heavy operational role.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables) and comfortable with high-volume, detail-heavy data review.
• Able to turn loosely defined requests into working trackers or dashboards with reasonable independence.
• Clear communicator and comfortable following up with stakeholders to obtain needed information.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate discrepancy cases at volume (100+ per week) using manual validation and root-cause classification.
• Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards for team visibility.
• Develop and maintain operational trackers supporting day-to-day Sales Promotion execution.
• Ensure trackers and reports remain accurate and up to date by following up with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather information and validate data.
• Investigate recurring issues and propose practical improvements to processes and trackers.
