Job summary

FinAccel is seeking a Process Improvement Executive to support Sales Promotion operations with data validation, dashboard creation, and tracker development in Jakarta. The role helps Area Sales Managers and leaders monitor performance and drive execution.

You will work hands-on with high-volume data, validate cases, and build scalable trackers and dashboards, gradually taking on more advanced analytics and process-improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Operations, Process Improvement, or similar data-heavy role.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and formulas.
• Ability to turn loosely defined requests into working trackers or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate discrepancy cases at high volume and classify root causes.
• Build and maintain Excel dashboards for team visibility.
• Develop and maintain operational trackers for day-to-day execution.
• Ensure trackers and dashboards remain accurate by following up with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support execution.
• Gradually take on more complex initiatives, including investigating root causes and proposing improvements.
