Job summary
Grab Rentals Indonesia, part of Grab, is seeking an Analytics Assistant Manager to maintain data pipelines, ensure accurate reports, and manage core Rental data tables for decision-ready insights.
Based in Jakarta, you will work with Planning and Operations to translate business needs into practical data solutions, design Power BI dashboards, and optimize pipeline performance while keeping data secure and reliable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering, Economics)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel
- Background in Data Analytics/BI or Data Operations; senior or supervisory experience
- Proactive and detail-oriented with accountability for data reliability
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate questions into data solutions
Responsibilities
- Maintain core Rental data tables; ensure downstream reporting and datasets are accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor automated data pipelines; fix errors; automate workflows
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets for clear insights
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from Planning and Operations; translate business questions into actions
- Optimize pipeline performance while keeping data consistent, accurate, and secure
