The Grab is seeking an Operations Analytics Lead based in Jakarta to drive data-driven decisions across merchant strategies and control tower operations. You will translate complex operational challenges into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable insights while mentoring junior analysts.
You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives—spanning merchant acquisition, incubation, and segmentation—working onsite in Jakarta to inform leadership and shape business outcomes.
Competenze
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or strategy consulting in high-growth tech or e-commerce.
- Advanced SQL with complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization.
- Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and automated analysis.
- Experience building executive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.

- Translate business goals into analytical roadmaps and concrete deliverables.
- Design and own core analytics initiatives and dashboards.
- Deliver actionable insights with executive-ready recommendations.
- Maintain data integrity and write SQL queries; collaborate with data teams.
