Job summary

Nui Healthy Food, a fast-growing healthy fast-casual brand based in Bali, is seeking an Operational Manager to bridge the CEO and outlet supervisors. You will own multi-outlet performance across five locations, ensuring SOPs, quality, and revenue targets are met daily.

• Minimum 3 years managing multiple F&B or retail locations.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ across locations.
• Bali-based or willing to relocate immediately.
• Must own a motorbike.
• Experience in fast-casual, QSR, or franchise F&B.
• Familiar with healthy food or wellness market.
• Has built or implemented SOPs in a multi-outlet setting.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and POS data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales, speed of service, and waste across all 5 outlets.
• Hold SPVs accountable to KPIs — revenue, cost, and service standards.
• Identify underperforming outlets and drive corrective action fast.
• Ensure SOP compliance across all locations consistently.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues before they reach the CEO.
• Coach and develop outlet SPVs into strong, independent team leaders.
• Support onboarding and training of new outlet teams during expansion.
• Manage shift coverage gaps and crew performance issues.
• Submit weekly outlet performance reports to CEO.

Job description

As Operational Manager, you are the operational bridge between the CEO and all outlet Supervisors. You own multi-outlet performance — sales, speed, quality, and SOP compliance. You make sure every outlet runs the NUI way, every day, without founder dependency. You report directly to the CEO.
