Job summary

Cimory Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive manufacturing and logistics improvements. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to streamline operations, reduce waste and cut costs. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong data analysis and clear communication in English and Indonesian.

You will lead multiple CI projects, monitor KPIs, prepare management reports and coach teams on best practices. Experience in food & beverage environments is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement or operations management.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies; certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Experience in manufacturing or food & beverage environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and logistics.
• Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement improvement projects with defined objectives, timelines and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data.
• Monitor progress and realise benefits.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training and coaching on CI methodologies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Establish documentation systems for process improvements.
• Support implementation of new technologies and automation.
