Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer focused on Continuous Improvement to lead CI initiatives across multiple refinery units in Indonesia. You will engage sites, sponsor CI solutions, and train local teams to drive improvements in KPI, defects, and overall performance.

The role requires strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge, at least 5 years in CI/Process Engineering, and a commitment to full-time on-site work at our Belawan, Marunda, or Lubuk Gaung sites.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience as Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement.
• Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities

• Engage units on CI culture.
• Sponsor CI to address unit problems.
• Provide internal training for local team.
• Support and facilitate CI activities at units.
• Monitor activities and benefits at units.
• Run unit-scale projects and coach teams.
• Be the key contact at units for CI.
• Improve unit KPI through CI and skill development.
• Improve customer complaints, audit findings and MR.
• Coordinate CI events at national and unit levels.
