Job summary

Sejati Group is seeking a Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Specialist to drive efficiency and compliance across PPIC, Production, QC, Warehouse, and Delivery. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, perform root-cause analysis, and implement CAPA to raise quality and delivery performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years in manufacturing or operations, with hands-on, cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven experience in SOP development, process mapping, and workflow standardization.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, CAPA, Lean, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, and ISO 9001 or related management system standards.
• Hands-on problem solving, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards are consistently implemented across production and operational processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and effective.
• Analyze operational performance, prepare management reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows, strengthen operational discipline, and promote continuous improvement.
• Conduct hands-on shopfloor investigations and validate operational data, proactively supporting cross-functional teams to uncover process gaps and drive improvement.
