amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operational Excellence & CI Manager to champion continuous improvement across the site. The role drives the Filtrona IWS framework to boost productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include leading CI projects, implementing TPM and Six Sigma, and coaching teams to sustain improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience are required, with Lean Belt training preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, process management, or operations; and 5 years related experience or training.
• Minimum 5 years experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
• Lean experience required; Green Belt or Black Belt training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of the Filtrona Operational Excellence framework across operations.
• Identify and drive improvements in cost, quality, safety, and delivery.
• Develop CI strategies and a roadmap for process improvements.
• Provide training and coaching to teams to enhance capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and regulations.
• Lead CI projects from initiation to completion, within scope and budget.
