Job summary

Filtrona seeks an Operational Excellence & CI Manager to champion continuous improvement across our Indonesian site. You’ll drive the Filtrona Integrated Work Systems (IWS) framework to boost productivity, quality, cost efficiency and safety.

This role requires leadership in Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM, with English communication and Green/Black Belt training preferred. You will mentor teams, manage CI projects, and ensure HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, process management or operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
• Lean experience required; Green Belt or Black Belt training preferred.
• Good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Filtrona Operational Excellence framework across operations.
• Drive improvements in cost, quality, safety, and delivery.
• Align manufacturing processes with business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the implementation of reapplication management to maximize benefits.
• Identify and implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma methodologies, and World-Class Manufacturing approaches.
• Develop and implement CI strategies aligned with organizational goals and create roadmaps for process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and optimize resources (people, machines, materials).
• Identify opportunities to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime.
• Execute root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Develop a culture of openness and continuous improvement; provide training and coaching to teams.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and legal regulations.
• Lead CI projects from initiation to completion within timelines, resources, and budgets.

Operational Excellence & CI Manager is responsible as site's champion to drive for continuous improvement, responsible for driving factory-wide performance. This role involves implementing and optimizing the Filtrona Integrated Work Systems (IWS) framework to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence Implementation & Development

• Lead the execution of the Filtrona Operational Excellence framework across operations.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business administration, Process management or Operations; and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
• Lean experience required. Fully Served in TQM techniques
• Good English Skills
• Green Belt or Black Belt training preferred.
