Job summary

PT Filtrona Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking an Operational Excellent & CI Manager to champion continuous improvement across the site, driving productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and safety standards.

You will lead the Filtrona Excellent Model framework, implement Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies, and develop CI roadmaps with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, process management or operations; and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
• Lean experience required. Fully Served in TQM techniques.
• Green Belt or Black Belt training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Filtrona Excellent Model framework across operations.
• Drive operational improvements in cost, quality, safety, and delivery.
• Align manufacturing processes with business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the implementation of reapplication management to maximize benefits.
• Identify and implement Lean, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma methodologies, and World-Class Manufacturing methodologies.
• Develop and implement CI strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify the opportunity of reducing waste and resources optimization (people, machines, materials).
• Identify the opportunity of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement and reduce downtime.
• Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Lead CI projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
