Process Engineering Assistant Manager (For Beverage Industry)

Responsible for leading Process Engineering activities to improve manufacturing processes, equipment effectiveness, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. The role drives continuous improvement initiatives through OEE analysis, TPM/WCM, root cause analysis, and cross-functional problem solving, while ensuring alignment with applicable quality, safety, and management system standards.

Job Description:

Lead and execute process engineering initiatives to improve production processes, equipment reliability, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process and mechanical improvements and develop appropriate improvement plans and solutions.

Analyze production processes and equipment performance to identify losses, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Support the implementation of new processes, equipment, technologies, and automation initiatives.

Monitor, calculate, and analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) covering Quality, Availability, and Performance.

Analyze OEE Loss Tree and identify major losses affecting production performance.

Develop and monitor improvement actions to reduce equipment and process losses and improve production efficiency.

Establish and monitor relevant manufacturing KPIs in alignment with company objectives.

Lead and support the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles within manufacturing operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives involving Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other related functions.

Ensure improvement initiatives are sustained through standardized processes, monitoring, and follow-up.

Ensure Process Engineering activities comply with applicable company standards and management systems, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, SMK3, and 5R.

Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production, and EHFS functions to ensure process improvements maintain product quality and safety requirements.

Support audits, corrective actions, and improvement programs related to process, quality, safety, and management systems.

Analyze manufacturing cost drivers and cost structures related to processes, equipment, materials, and operational activities.
