Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies for process optimization, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- Design and oversee the implementation of new process technologies and methodologies across multiple facilities.
- Collaborate virtually with plant managers, engineers, and operational staff to drive adoption of best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize statistical analysis and problem-solving tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to address complex operational challenges.
- Develop training materials and conduct remote training sessions for site teams on new processes and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and other operational excellence frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects remotely and influence stakeholders across different locations.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Job Purpose and Impact
The Performance Enablement Lead is responsible for leading and enabling Continuous Improvement (CI) across Mill and Estate operations within a defined region. The role ensures disciplined CI governance, effective execution of improvement initiatives, capability development, and realization of measurable business value aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the implementation of Performance Enablement and Continuous Improvement (CI) frameworks at regional level.
- Act as the regional focal point for CI governance, cadence reviews, and performance dialogue.
- Support Mills and Estates in identifying, prioritizing, and executing CI initiatives.
- Drive consistent application of daily improvement Cycle and project improvement cycle practices.
- Manage and review the Region CI portfolio across Mill and Estate operations.
- Monitor progress, risks, and issue resolution of CI initiatives.
- Support CI capability development through training, learning sessions, and best practice sharing.
- Partner with Region, Mill, and Estate leadership to embed CI into daily operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support CI initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver regular CI performance updates to management.

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field/major or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of working experience related to this position. Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or performance enablement. Experience supporting manufacturing and/or agricultural operations preferred.
