Anantara Ubud Bali Resort is seeking an Operations Control on-site finance coordinator to bridge day-to-day operations with our BPO partner and the Global Shared Service Centre. The Operations Control (OC) is the on‑site finance coordinator at the property, bridging day‑to‑day operations with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner and the Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC), who handle the majority of transaction processing and accounting entries in Oracle Fusion. The OC ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness by coordinating data flows, reviewing open items, facilitating approvals, and resolving exceptions—enabling smooth financial operations and supporting month‑end close across Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Report (RTR) processes.
