Job summary

ATI Business Group seeks a Finance Staff to join the Finance & Operations Associate team in Indonesia. The role supports finance and operational processes, ensuring transactions and records are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

You will work on verifying and recording financial transactions, maintaining records, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain daily activities and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• English proficiency at CEFR B2 or above.
• Willing to work on a rotating roster including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in finance, accounting, business operations or shared services through FT work, internships, or relevant projects.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial systems and business operation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation while ensuring data integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally within turnaround times.

• Perform reconciliation and administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support ad hoc back-office activities and continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify, process, record financial transactions and operational requests accurately and within agreed service levels
• Maintain accurate records, reports, supporting documentation while ensuring data integrity
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholders
• Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and within established turnaround times
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily finance and operational activities
• Perform reconciliation and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
• Support ad hoc back-office activities and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targets

Is This You?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• English proficiency of CEFR B2 or above
• Willing to work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Willing to be based in BSD and/or Jakarta
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or shared services through full-time work, internships, or relevant academic projects
• Experience in processing high volumes of transactions or operational tasks
• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial systems, or business operation platforms
• Experience working in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment
