Job summary

Fresh Factory in Indonesia seeks a Regional Lead Manager to oversee and drive operational performance across the assigned region, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and inventory control. You will lead cross-functional teams to meet targets and support business growth in Bitung.

Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, service levels, safety compliance, and data-driven performance reviews.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Warehouse, Fulfillment, Inventory, Finance, HR, and Commercial.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to ensure business continuity.
• Manage regional manpower planning, workforce productivity, and team development.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners.
• Prepare and present operational reports, performance reviews, and business updates to management.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional teams to achieve business objectives.

Fresh Factory is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Lead Manager to oversee and drive operational performance across the assigned region. This role is responsible for managing regional operations, ensuring business targets are achieved, maintaining service excellence, and leading cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee overall operational activities within the assigned region.

Ensure operational performance, productivity, and service levels meet company targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Fulfillment, or Operations Management.

Proven experience in a managerial or regional leadership role.

Strong understanding of warehouse, fulfillment, transportation, and inventory management processes.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.

Experience in cold-chain logistics, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or 3PL industries is highly preferred.

Willing to be placed in Bitung.
