Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology or Engineering.
• 3–5 years in a functional role in the food industry with people management experience.
• Ability to handle non-compliance and safety practices.
• Maintains safe working environment and effective housekeeping.
• Willing to work at Karawang, Jawa Barat.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and enforce hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ensure FG/SFG manufactured to quality standards.
• Maintain NGMP compliant working areas and installations.
• Manage production via operational reviews and standard routines.
• Organize and delegate tasks; evaluate team performance.
• Maintain dialogue with stakeholders on the line.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilties

• Lead the Safety Culture and conditions for a Safe Working Environment. Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures
• Ensure that Semi Finish Good and Finished Goods are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance).
• Ensure that the working areas are kept clean and are maintained in working order including all installations in accordance to Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP)
• Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable results.
• Organizing & delegating assignments to the team members, assessing and evaluating the work performance of the teams
• Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line).

Requirement

• Bachelor (S-1) Majoring Food Technology or Technical/Engineering
• 3-5 year experience in a functional role in Food industry - Having Experience in managing and engaging / motivating people
• Ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliance,
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and adherence to safety practices.
• Ability to ensure smooth operation through effective staff management and deployment Ability to set effective and challenging objectives
• Willing to work at KARAWANG, JAWA BARAT
