Job summary

PT Daya Alam Surya is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee stock, procurement coordination, and facility management across Jabodetabek. The role includes inventory control, vendor management, and basic IT support for daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in operations or admin roles, with a background in industrial fields or EPC distribution. Willingness to travel to project sites and sites within Jabodetabek is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, GA, warehouse/inventory or admin roles.
• Experience in solar, electrical, construction, EPC, or product distribution is a plus.
• Familiar with inventory control concepts like stock opname and FIFO.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock of modules, cables, mounting, inverters and batteries, including shipments, storage and delivery to sites.
• Run stock opname, keep inventory records accurate, and reconcile with Finance.
• Monitor stock levels and raise restock needs to Procurement.
• Coordinate logistics and material dispatch for installation projects.
• Manage the office, assets, vehicles, and tools; handle vendors and service providers.
• Oversee office supplies, facilities, licenses/permits, and ICT equipment.
• Manage user accounts and access on Microsoft 365 and company systems.
• Handle laptops, printers, network/Wi-Fi, and basic troubleshooting.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime records, and payroll inputs for Finance.

Job description

Key responsibilities

Manage stock of modules, cables, mounting, inverters and batteries, including incoming shipments, storage, and outgoing delivery to project sites

Run regular stock opname, keep inventory records accurate, and reconcile them with Finance

Monitor stock levels and raise restock needs to Procurement

Coordinate logistics and material dispatch for installation projects

Manage the office, company assets, vehicles, and tools

Handle vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, courier, rentals)

Look after office supplies, facilities, and company licenses/permits

Manage user accounts and access on Microsoft 365 and company systems

Handle laptops, printers, network/Wi-Fi, and basic troubleshooting

Handle attendance, leave, and overtime records, and prepare payroll inputs for Finance

About you

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field

2-5 years of experience in operations, GA, warehouse/inventory, or admin roles

Experience in solar, electrical, construction, EPC, or product distribution is a strong plus

Understands basic inventory control (stock opname, FIFO, stock cards/system)

Familiar with Indonesian HR basics (BPJS, attendance, leave, labor regulations)

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft 365; able to handle basic IT issues

Organized and detail-oriented, a problem solver who can juggle many tasks

Willing to visit project sites and the warehouse when needed

Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is a plus

Has a driving license (SIM A/C) and is willing to travel around Jabodetabek
