Job summary

CV SINERGI STRATEGIS SOLUTIF is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Specialist to oversee manufacturing standards directly on the factory floor. You will be the final authority on product delivery approval, working with product and merchandising teams from sampling to final warehouse delivery.

Responsibilities include material inspection, cutting oversight, in-line monitoring, and strict adherence to SOPs and AQL.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or above in a relevant field.
Industrial Engineering background preferred.
Quality certification such as IGTC or equivalent is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years hands-on QC inspector experience in manufacturing.
Familiar with 4-point inspection, AQL sampling, Major/Minor Defect Classification.
Knowledge of PU leather, hardware, and assembly processes.
Strong data analysis and root-cause problem solving.
Willing to conduct on-site QC across Jabodetabek and Central Java.
Capable of remote QC oversight across multiple areas.

Responsibilities

Oversee pre-production, material inspection, and cutting oversight.
Verify assembly, stitching, packaging, and final dimensions.
Lead pre-production meetings and ensure PPM requirements are met.
Maintain QA documentation, write inspection reports, and report to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with AQL standards and factory SOPs.
Train factory teams on updated standards and sign-off protocols.
Review claims and manage on-site QC across regions.
