Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia seeks a QC Supervisor to lead the quality control team ensuring product quality aligns with customer specs and IPC standards. You will supervise inspectors across IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC, ensure compliance with Control Plans and drawings, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 4+ years in a similar role, and ISO/IATF internal auditor certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and individually.
• Certified internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of QMS, SPC, FMEA, QC plan and root cause analysis (5 Why and Fishbone).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with 8D methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

The QC Supervisor manufacturing leads the QC team to ensure all manufacturing process, Quality of product are comply with customer specifications and industry standards like IPC-610, IPC-620 and IPC-J-STD-001.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and schedule daily activities for quality inspectors across incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC), final (FQC), and outgoing (OQC) stages.

Ensure inspectors perform duties in strict accordance with the Control Plan, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Ensure all required QC resources (equipment, manpower, and documentation) are available for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production.

Make sure QC are performing inspection correctly and release the product on time

Make sure all the defect/non-conformity found by QC are proper containment actions

Provide timely feedback to Quality Engineering (QE), Process Engineering (PE), and Production regarding non-conformities found in products, processes, or SOPs during inspections.

Support QE in defect resolution and CAPA, participating in root-cause analysis (using 8D, 5-Why, or Fishbone methods) for internal non-conformances and customer complaints (RMA), and tracking corrective/preventive actions.

Ensure all equipment and tools used by the QC team are properly calibrated and maintained.

Support QE during the NPI process by assigning and coordinating QC personnel for required measurements and evaluations.

Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA) to enforce strict adherence to Work Instructions (WI), ISO standards, and customer-specific requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize QC inspection workflows and production processes.

Monitor line-wide production processes and conduct routine testing to detect and address potential defects at early stages.

Collaborate with QE to ensure Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) plans are fully executed on schedule.

Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate product quality standards and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Engineering discipline or equivalent

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role

Ability to work well in a team environment and individual

Certified internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016

Technical Skills: Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), quality control plan and root cause analysis (5 Why and Fishbone diagram)

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose systemic issues and implement corrective actions (8D methodology)

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and collaboration. Excellent verbal, read and written communication skills in Indonesian and English language, Mandarin is a plus.

Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail, G-Sheet, G-Docs, Minitab applications and data analysis software.
