Job summary

PT Centra Kosambi Jaya is seeking a Quality Assurance Staff to monitor product quality and production processes in our Cirebon manufacturing facility. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with established standards and documentation throughout the QA lifecycle.

You will perform routine inspections, identify defects, report issues, analyze root causes, and assist in CAPA activities. Collaboration with Production, QC, and other departments is essential to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related fields (diploma or bachelor's).
• Minimum 2 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, SOPs, QC procedures.
• Experience with product inspection and defect identification.
• Familiar with CAPA and RCA concepts.
• Ability to maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and team player.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

Monitor product quality and production processes to ensure compliance with established standards

Conduct routine inspections and identify product defects or non-conformities

Record and report quality issues found during the production process

Assist in analyzing quality issues and identifying root causes

Follow up on corrective and preventive actions with related departments

Maintain QA records, inspection reports, and other quality-related documentation

Coordinate with Production, QC, and other departments regarding quality issues

Support internal audits and continuous improvement activities

Requirement :

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

Minimum 2 years of experience as QA/QC Staff in a manufacturing company

Good understanding of quality standards, SOPs, and quality control procedures

Familiar with product inspection, defect identification, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Basic knowledge of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)

Able to prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports

Detail-oriented, analytical, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in the woven bag, jumbo bag, plastic, or packaging industry is an advantage
